Busy, Frustration, Etc.

Well, my weekend was good and ever since Monday things have compounded themselves over and over again, until I'm just awash in frustration. I'm tired of websites, scripting, databases, international duties and taxes, YouTube, Google Video, and more.

Just FYI, for the Google juice: If you plan on using Camtasia for live video (as in human bodies in motion, not the desktop), do NOT put still images in that video. YouTube and Google Video will not process them correctly.

Oh my God I am freaking out I'm so pissed off. I have a 50MB .avi file that is PERFECTLY formatted, time synced, ready to go. I upload it to either service, and they process the files into FLV (Flash Video) format and then the thing goes to hell.

I've even coded it in FLV format but, ironically enough, they don't support that format for uploading. Yet they'll compress the videos with FLV after the fact.

I'm trying to find a workaround here. I've tried pretty much every video compression codec I have, encoded the thing literally a dozen times...

Ugh.

Here's something I can get behind: Full Feeds. I got em, and I don't read sites that don't have em. Sign that petition, eh?

And FYI, to the guy who thinks we spend money on Tattoos and not our kid's clothes or something--the antibiotic was closer to $70 (by contrast, the recommended one from the surgeon was about $15). $70 for an antibiotic you could take for weeks on end (which I ended up doing) is simply unacceptable for the fam budget. A tattoo given as a gift to my wife? That's sort of nunya business, ain't it?

And people wonder why others don't open up on blogs, you know?

Not that it would stop me or anything, just saying.

Until tomorrow.

What puts a hundred thousand children in the sand?
Belief can.

Regarding "Full Feeds," lately some of your posts have been coming down the RSS pipeline in chopped, summary-only format - at least, for me they have. Have you changed your feed URL or something? It's still at Feedburner, isn't it? Just wondering...

I've re-uploaded my feed settings and checked the atom.xml file. Everything looks good from here. I'll go check Feedburner too :)

Thanks
