New Duds

Hello everyone. Today marks the debut of a brand new template! Hooray!

What’s New

– Ads – There is now a blogads section on the left hand side of the page. Below that is a skyscraper of Google Adsense ads. You don’t have to click on these (and, matter of fact, I’d get in trouble if I even asked you to), but be aware they’re now here. For those wishing to purchase ads, go here.

– Great Stories – Some of my favorite stories are now posted in the top right. This will change and be updated frequently (read: whenever I get around to it). Whenever I post another good story, I’ll update this.

Templates Suck

Oh yeah, they do. It took me waaaay too long to get the new blogger template both Firefox and IE happy. If one was happy, the other was a garbled mess (thanks Microsoft!) and vice versa.

Big thanks to Firdamatic for the layout. After tinkering for what felt like ages, I’m finally happy with how the site is represented on both browsers.

If you hit any weird template snags, be sure to drop me a line with a screenshot and I’ll get it fixed…if I’m capable.

Bigger, Better, Faster?

I don’t know about you, but with this new template I’m excited about writing again. I guess it’s that old adage about how getting a new haircut or new car can suddenly change your perspective on certain things. It’s like a new, beautiful desk just arrived and I can’t wait to sharpen my pencils and have at it.

Which I’ll be doing first thing tomorrow.
