Welcome Brian Bailey Readers!
For those who?ve found me via this post on Brian's site, allow me to state a few facts and make a few recommendations:
? I write 5 days a week, every weekday, taking off holidays where applicable.
? Please subscribe to my RSS feed. Because, you know, I?m lonely without subscriptions. Need a reader? I use this one.
? I do weekly Family posts. Here is the last one I did. They come out every Wednesday.
? If you?d like to read more about my thoughts on faith, read this post.
Otherwise, have a look around and stay awhile. We?re all friends here. The weekly Family Matters post will be up later today.
Hail to your dark skin

Evan, very insightful post. I think that Brian and I are in agreement that it is a difficult balance to find. Meaning, how do you stick to what you believe without seperating yourself from the everyone who does not believe what you believe. I think that in some way we all want people to believe what "we" believe. (for whatever reason that may be). I had a bible professor in Hardin Simmons (i only went there a semester...not really important info, just info) that said "every Christian needs a good non-christian friend, to keep him in check." i believe that to be true. Nonetheless, everyone is intolerant, they just don't know (here is my view on intolerance)(http://www.servoisverus.com
/keepin_it_real/2004/10/im_intolerant.html), i believe the key is to be passionate, but to tie your passion to compassion...good post Evan..
