Sense of Direction
So here I am in the CARR class (Computer-Assisted Research and Reporting), kind of realizing that I'm in over my head here. While tomorrow and the next day should prove amazingly beneficial based on differing blogging issues and how they are worked around (Tomorrow's topic covers anonymous blogging), right now I'm in a room full of news reporters learning how to use Excel to crunch statistics.
Fascinating, to be sure.
I had a terrible trip up, consisting of me going to the wrong place, getting bad directions, pulling over to mapquest and finding a wireless connection...bleh. I'll write more on it if I get time.
This class is ending, and I hope I have a net connection in my room. If I don't, it's going to be a long weekend.
