Catching Up

Okay, so my latest Herb Newton rundown has been fairly popular with readers, so allow me to address some concerns and grievances:

?You should at least remove the vulgar untasteful grammar from your page. It makes you look ready unprofessional. They have ask you to remove there name. After that point you are in the wrong.?

First, and anyone who has read this blog more than once will attest: This is an informal, unprofessional blog. It is, by its very definition, an online journal. I can say whatever the fuck I want to say, because it is my own. When I?m messing with other people?s property or I?m getting paid to write for a company or business, my tone changes accordingly. But let me assure, the last thing I care about regarding this blog is professionalism. I want it to reflect myself, my thoughts and my opinions. Uncensored.

Because it makes me giggle, I can say the following: Fuck the fucking fuckers. Unprofessional enough? Should I throw in a cunt for good measure? Or how about that whole See You Next Tuesday workaround (as seen on American Dad)

Everyone is welcome to create their own blogs using blogger or any other free blog service. Matter of fact, I hope everyone does. You?d be surprised how much fun it is and how much you learn about yourself by keeping one.

And as for them asking me to remove the name, so? And that puts me in the wrong?how? This leads directly to another comment:

?You should consult someone about slander. By publishing the emails they sent you, you have established that you made the post. The only defense against slander is the truth. Since HNN had no effect to your problem of being upside down you are on shaky ground. If they can prove your post cost them a sale, you are in trouble. That would not be difficult to do. ?

The only line that really makes me think is ?By publishing the emails they sent you, you have established that you made the post.? Dude, I established I made the post when I wrote it on my website, signed by myself, on a website registered in my name. I don?t know how much more establishment the published emails provided, but damn, if a court needed it, I guess they have it.

He then proceeds to call me ?a little stupid.? (that?s my favorite). Others would rather comment on my lack of upstanding community-esque activities or?something. What?s great about blogs is that I?m getting this feedback both good and bad, and that I can represent my side of the story. This is, again, the beauty of blogs. The ability to have conversations, in a free (and uncensored!) outlet, led by your own accord?that is great stuff.

I?d like to thank everyone who responded to my last post and encourage those with any opinion to chime in. It?s fascinating stuff.

And today I will finish with some interesting things I found on the web:

? Read about RealID, a national ID card that could be coming soon.
? Paris Hilton - Extra Stupid
? Cool educational games (Good luck on the states?I did 86% on Intermediate)

And with that, this post is finished.

A few times I?ve been around that track
So it?s not just gonna happen like that
