Tech Time
Well, if you haven?t heard, Tiger ships tomorrow. I?m going to order a copy today, so whenever I get around to loading it and playing around, I?ll let you know.
I will say that iWork is Teh Pimpage and to use it is to love it. Seriously, just look at that linked page. See the ?Redwoods? layout? Yeah, it?s super easy to do, manage, and create. I was astounded by what I could do in just a small amount of time. Of course, to get it ?right? and/or ?satisfactory? you?re going to be putting some time into it, but that?s with anything. It?s just important to notice the care and craftmanship that Apple put in their products.
Word? Who needs it? Now the cliche` will become ?Windows XP? Who cares?? Not me, and Apple has a way of creating buzz that Microsoft hasn?t been able to since we all heard ?Start me up? a thousand times in 1995. Scoble notices this in regards to Scott Koon's comments about becoming simply ambivalent to Microsoft?s products.
I mean, seriously, when?s the last time you were excited to buy a Microsoft product? Yeah, me neither.
In other news, I?ll be getting my hands on Microsoft Exchange 2003 again soon. I set up an Upgrade Installation (tm) for ORNL, and let me tell you that was a bad of shi?er, fun. Random errors, problems, and messages that would drive any sane man crazy. Not that I?m all that sane, just saying.
Have you seen the Square-Enix E3 Lineup? Holy shit, Final Fantasy VII for the PSP! Oh man that is some good stuff.
Make sure you check out Christian's cardboard boat extravaganza. Holy shit that?s some funny stuff. Remember to watch the video too. Like I told him, watching him go down with the (cardboard) ship made my Thursday. It?ll make yours too.
Lastly here is some cool news:

Yeah baby, 1891 rating! That?s hella good for those not In The Know, and being #2 in Knoxville and #10 in the state? That is -never- a bad feeling. Going 10?3?1 (wins-losses-draws) in Detroit definitely spurred that success. If anything it makes me more proud of my accomplishments in Magic, and confidence when entering a Limited event.
Before I go, you must see Nintendo Acappella. The dude blows in a cartridge to start the performance. You just couldn?t ask for a more perfect example of how to pay homage. Astounding!
Turn me back into the pet that I was when we met
I was happier then with no mindset.
