Am I doing something wrong here? Does anyone else agree/disagree? This is all a little silly, in my opinion.
The problem? I show up when you Google for Herb Newton Nissan, I'm pretty high up on that list. I don't say flattering things about them (you best believe I wouldn't be having this email conversation if I did), I relate my bad experience, and I compare them to a competitor.
From my reading, Trademark Infringement happens only if I'm trying to fool people into thinking I'm actually representing that business, which I'm certainly not.
Oh well, until next time.
